You don’t have to figure out your child’s sleep alone.
Respectful, personalized sleep support for babies and children 0–10, built around your family, not a one-size-fits-all method. Start with a free call, and we’ll find the right path together.
Exhausted nights. Constant googling. Not sure if what you’re doing is “right.” If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not failing. You just haven’t had the right support yet.

Hi, I’m Daiana.
With over 15 years as a teacher and 7+ years as a nanny, I’ve spent my career caring for children and supporting families. Today I combine that experience with specialized training in sleep consulting to help families rest easier, through a respectful, personalized approach.
Sleep doesn’t happen separately from the rest of your child’s development. Age, temperament, environment, routines, relationships, and everyday changes all play a part. My job is to listen, and help you find strategies that feel respectful, realistic, and sustainable for your family, never a script to force on your child.
What working together actually looks like
No pressure to pick a plan before you’ve even talked to me. Here’s exactly what happens, step by step.
Free 30-minute call
We talk about your family, your child, and what’s been hardest about sleep lately. Together, with my recommendation, we decide which path fits you best.
An in-depth questionnaire
After the call, I’ll send you a detailed form about your child’s routines, environment and history. The more I know upfront, the more tailored your plan will be.
Initial guidelines
Before our first official session, you’ll start working with a few simple, easy guidelines, so your family feels as prepared as possible.
Your sleep plan session
This is where we build your personalized sleep plan together: realistic, respectful, and specific to your child.
Check-in sessions
We stay close through WhatsApp support (Monday–Friday) and follow-up sessions, weekly or spaced out, depending on your path, reviewing your sleep diary and adjusting as needed.
Closing session
We look back at where you started and where you are now, celebrating how far you’ve come.
Tools for the road ahead
You’ll walk away with guidelines and tools tailored to your family, so you’re ready for whatever comes next.
Ways to Work Together
Three ways to get support, depending on where you’re at, with a 30% launch discount for a limited time.
A focused session for one specific question, a tricky transition, or a check-in after finishing a plan, when you’re not ready for full support yet, or need a tune-up later on.
A personalized sleep plan with a lighter cadence of check-ins, spaced out so you have time to settle into new habits between sessions.
The same personalized sleep plan, with closer, weekly check-ins for families who want more frequent support while new habits take hold.
Both paths start the exact same way: with a free call. There’s no wrong choice here.
Families Who’ve Worked With Us
Real words from real families.
We’re so happy with our experience. We started out with a lot of doubts, not really knowing what to expect, and feeling discouraged, like nothing could help our daughter sleep better. Then we found Daiana, who supported us with so much warmth, giving us weekly guidelines we could actually follow, and celebrating every small win with us. Little by little, we reached the goals we had set. After a month and a half of working together, we brought her night wakings down to two, learned tools to help her fall asleep faster, and our own rest improved so much. Thank you, Daiana, for your work, your commitment, and your empathy!
Our experience was so meaningful and eye-opening. It helped us get organized so our little one could rest better. Small adjustments that made a big difference, and helped us manage family life so much better. We learned so much!
Daiana has helped us so much to improve our baby’s sleep, following up on every little detail and guiding us to better understand her needs around rest. She was so warm and truly respectful of our decisions, and best of all, our baby sleeps so well now that we’ve put her advice into practice!
Good to know before you book
Is this a cry-it-out method?
No. I don’t use or recommend extinction methods like Cry-It-Out, Ferber, or controlled crying. My approach considers your child’s development, feeding, routines, and emotional regulation, never leaving your child to cry it out alone.
What ages do you work with?
Babies and children from 0 to 10 years old.
How do we know which path is right for us: Extended or Weekly?
You don’t have to decide that on your own. During our free call, we’ll talk through your family’s needs, and together, with my recommendation, we’ll agree on the path that fits best.
My child has a medical issue that might be affecting their sleep, can you still help?
Sleep & Roots is not a medical service. If there are signs like sleep apnea, pain, untreated reflux, or breathing or metabolic issues, I’ll recommend speaking with your pediatrician first or alongside our work together.
What if I’m not ready to commit to a full plan yet?
That’s exactly what the Single Consultation is for: a lower-commitment way to get guidance on one specific question before deciding if a full plan is right for you.
